(Than you ever

thought you

needed)

Chris has been working with athletes and weekend warriors of all skill levels and age ranges for several years.  He holds numerous certifications in personal training and youth fitness training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Sports Sciences Association, and is the lead athletic performance coach at a local competitive youth soccer club.

Chris firmly believes that what people most want to accomplish is likewise often what they are most afraid of accomplishing.  One of Chris's fitness passions is to guide clients to break through this thought pattern by combining physical work with mental preparedness and providing encouragement, inspiration and support throughout the entire journey.

At Moon's House, Chris focuses not simply on providing the physical aspect of training, but on educating clients throughout the process so they are constantly learning while improving.

Chris believes fitness should be exciting, not a chore!  He enjoys showing people how being functionally stronger, more flexible and healthier truly makes one feel better every day.
