Bold? Maybe. But online training is so hot right now (like Hansel), and I don't think it's going anywhere. For good reason, too.
But First, let me tell you why
I know you have the itch. We all have it to some degree and in some capacity. It's the incessant, always-there feeling in the back of your mind that screams for something better. I had it too, and I still do. My itch used to be the desire- or better yet, ravenous hunger- to not be a scrawny sack of skin and bones any longer. Fast forward through college and multiple non-contact injuries, and it has since evolved into getting stronger and more impervious to injury with each passing month and year... While proving that being vegan is an advantage, not a handicap.
Yes, I know you have the itch too. But I don't know what yours is. Maybe it's the enraging desperation to not feel like you're always the overweight friend. Maybe it's the unwelcome, suffocating reality that no matter how much time you spend in the gym, you've never really seen anything change. Maybe it's the self-destructive bullshit lie that your mind has slowly but surely convinced you to believe, which is:
"I'm simply not meant to be [strong; sexy; lean; muscular; powerful]."
Whatever it is, if you leave it unchecked, it'll devour you from the inside out. Maybe slowly, maybe quickly. And maybe you've just about given up.
Good. I'm glad you made it here in time.
Because here's the thing: We WANT that itch. We need it. Without it, we would never change. Our goal, together, is to identify your unique itch and then use it to break through your barriers... self-imposed and otherwise. My life, my goal, and my driving force has always boiled down to one thing: How can I help people bust through their false beliefs? How can I help them get better than they ever thought possible? I won't always have the exact answer, but you better bet your bottom MF dollar that we'll figure it out together.
It's time to stop hiding in the back row. Get out to front and center and be the star.
Cool, but... online?
Good question. So, why online training? Simply put, it offers the best of in-person training while eliminating its big limitations (namely time, space, and money). You get the same, and depending on your needs, even more accountability from me with online training, while giving us both the freedom of time and space. We don't have to meet in a gym, we don't have to coordinate our schedules, and we don't have to worry about life getting in the way. With online training, you set your own schedule. This is a fairly new concept in the training world, and I can't tell you how excited I am that I can now offer it to my clients near and far.
Who I Work With
Moon's House Online Training specializes in showing you the glories of vegan strength and hope renewal. We do this by creating change in the safest, most effective way possible. No gimmicks, no excess fluff. That's why what you receive in your Welcome Manual and monthly training plans is everything you need; nothing more, nothing less. Whatever your goals, we will get you there in the most ideal way we can. You will also receive the very best in technique monitoring. I don't give bare-bones training plans without a promise to make sure you do things the right way, because that wouldn't be the best way to set you up for success. I believe strength is invaluable and addictive. So, if you work with me, it's because you value everything I just said. You're not looking for quick fixes. You are looking for a meaningful process, meaningful results, and aren't afraid to work hard. You want to get stronger. Maybe you just want to look more like Thor. In the back of your mind, you know that simple is better, don't you?
Who I Don't Work With
First and foremost, if you aren't 100% committed to changing your life, save your time and money and look elsewhere. Better yet, stop looking altogether until you're ready to commit. Anything worth doing is worth doing well for as much time as it takes... Which could be more than you expect. There. Got that out there. If you don't care about taking the time to develop strong form, my program isn't for you. And, while I have nothing against this training goal, I am not the best fit for you if you are looking to go into bodybuilding competitions. It simply isn't where my interests lie. If you don't care about getting stronger, we'll need to have a conversation. Maybe I can convince you. My program also isn't for you if you're lazy. I will lead you to water, but only you can make yourself drink. Capiche? Oh, and if you are thinking to yourself "This sounds great! Can't wait to do all this work so I can earn all the pizza and ice cream" then we probably wouldn't be the best team. Still here? Good, now let's get started.
