Every training option at Moon's House is done under the direct supervision of a credentialed Starting Strength Coach.  All levels of experience welcome.  We have options for all availabilities.  Stop in for a form check or join a monthly small group class.  *Note that all new small group training clients must sign up for a private introduction week before joining the regular class sessions.

GetTING Started

Intro to Training Week (Fully Private)

$285 (a $405 value)​

  • Try us out for a week! No experience necessary. 1-on-1 training for your first week in order to learn and gain proficiency in the Squat, Press, Bench Press and Deadlift

  • 3 x 60 minute sessions scheduled by you and the coach. Flexible time options available. Contact us to discuss scheduling options for your Intro Week!

    • Must be completed before joining monthly Small Group Personal Training

Schedule your first Intro Class now!

What to bring/wear for your first session 

  • Loose fitting or flexible shorts/pants  

  • Plain cotton t-shirt or shirt

  • Water

  • Flattest and sturdiest shoes you own (lifting shoes are ideal but not necessary)

Monthly Small Group Personal Training

$500 billed monthly (regularly $650 billed monthly ($50 per class)

  • Strength training program for all levels.

  • Train 3x/week up to 90 minutes. 

  • Receive coaching on every rep and every set, programming and progression taken care of by your coach

  • Up to 4 clients per class

Available Class Times: We are currently growing our group classes and evolving our schedule to meet the needs of our clients. Our current group class schedule offering is M/W/F* at 6:30am, 8:00am and 9:30am. If these times do not work for you, contact us and we will see how we can work with your schedule! Check back for updates as we continue to add classes and time slots.

Monthly Private Training 

$1750 billed monthly  ($135 per session)

  • 3 x 90 minute 1-on-1 sessions per week with our SSC.

  • All the benefits of our small group personal training plus your coach's undivided attention for the full 90 minutes

  • Best for those who enjoy training privately or who want more individual attention

Private Training- Single Sessions

$185 per session 

  • 90 minute 1-on-1 session with our SSC.

  • Your choice of any 3-4 lifts to be coached.

  • Programming/training advice as needed throughout the session.

  • Perfect for out-of-town guests interested in Starting Strength or those who just want a form check for their own lifting.
